Kaslers Solicitors LLP was created in 2005, having started as Leonard Kasler & Company based in the City of London in 1938 and relocating to Kent in 1993 .

If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint you may be able to ask the Legal Ombudsman to consider the complaint. He can be found at www.legalombudsman.org.uk. If your complaint relates to a bill you may also have the right to apply to the court for an assessment of the bill under Part lll of the Solicitors Act 1974. If all or part of a bill remains unpaid we may be entitled to charge interest.

Car Accident Advice and Kaslers’ Road Traffic Accident Department (Kaslers RTA) are managed by Chris Lodge - a specialist Road Accident Solicitor with more than 25 years experience in the field.
Kaslers RTA can assist almost any private or fleet motorist with the aftermath of an accident and act as panel solicitors on legal expenses insurance schemes for insurance brokers.
As the department operates generally on a paperless basis, we maintain electronic files which we can access at any time and anywhere though our Intranet. We now have a highly interactive client area in our website with an evergrowing knowledgebase accessible only by clients.
